Scope of Practice

 

I am happy to get creative in exploring the Akashic Records and consulting with your higher guidance to help you grow in insight, solve problems and heal. Our focus is on holistic healing, not psychic activity. I don't predict the future or give legal, financial or medical advice because these topics are outside my scope of practice as a holistic health practitioner (HHP).

This is soul work that has practical applications in the world. For instance, a business clearing will set up a clear space, improve the energy of your business and enhance interpersonal relationships within the company and with customers. However, I don't give you financial advice because that would be outside my scope of practice.

Confidentiality

​

I maintain client confidentiality and do not share anything about you with others, including contact information. You can certainly discuss our work together with others, but I will not. If you wish me to share information about you with someone else, I require your written permission to do so.

This holistic healing practice does not replace consultation with medical doctors or counseling professionals. Holistic SoulWorks is not a mental health practice, nor am I practicing under my mental health counseling license (retired). I am working here as a Holistic  Counsellor and as a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP), certified by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).

Sessions support you in becoming more attuned with your own intuition and decision-making processes. This work is based on the understanding that with your past and present healed, you can create the future you want for yourself. I am delighted to help you achieve that goal.

Payment

​

I generate your reading in advance and need to see your payment is made before I can begin preparing for your session. Please make your payment at least 24 hours before your appointment.

 

Pay via credit/debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay through the secure payment system on this website unless you have made other arrangements with me. For Canadian clients, Interac e-Transfer: netisdel@gmail.com.

Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy

​

If something comes up and you must reschedule, contact me at least a day in advance if possible. I realize that emergencies sometimes arise and I'm happy to work with you to reschedule.

​

If you want to cancel a reading and have already made payment, I will refund the full session fee if you cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment. Once I start generating your reading and clearing ahead of the appointment, a lot of healing happens. If you don't keep the appointment and don't wish to reschedule, I will refund half of the fee because half of the work is done.
