What is your scope of practice?

 

Our focus is soul work, holistic healing. Sessions support you in becoming more attuned with your intuition and decision-making processes. We explore the Akashic Records and consult with your higher guidance to help you grow in insight, solve problems, and heal. You can create the future you want for yourself. Therefore, I don't predict the future or give legal, financial, or medical advice because these topics are outside my scope of practice as a Holistic Health Practitioner.

 

​​Disclaimer: I am a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP), certified by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). Working as Holistic SoulWorks, I support the natural healing process and make no medical claims. This holistic healing practice does not replace consultation with medical doctors or counseling professionals. I am not practicing under my mental health counseling license (Nancy Elizabeth Tisdel, New Mexico, USA license retired).

Do you maintain my confidentiality?

Yes, I maintain client confidentiality and do not share anything about you with others, including contact information. You can certainly discuss our work together with others, but I will not. If you wish me to share information about you with someone else, I require your written permission to do so.

What are the rescheduling, cancellation & refund policies?

If something comes up and you want to reschedule, please contact me at least a day in advance if possible.

If you want to cancel an appointment and have made payment, I will refund the full fee if you cancel 24 hours or more before your session. If you cancel after I prepare your work during the 24 hours before the appointment, I will refund half the fee. 

 

How do I make payment?

Pay via credit or debit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay through the secure payment system on this website. Canadian clients may wish to use Interac e-transfer to netisdel@gmail.com. Please make payment 24 hours or more before your appointment. I generate your reading in advance and need to see your payment is made first.

How do I arrange an alternative payment?

​

I offer reduced fees in response to current economic pressures. You will usually see several prices listed for services. Please choose based on your ability to pay. I won't ask you to report your income.​ This is an honour system thing.

Why do I offer alternative rates? The days of trading chickens for holistic healing may be over, but I'm happy to honor my traditional holistic healing roots by keeping prices affordable and offering you alternative pricing if you need it. I'm Canadian and we believe health care is a human right, not a business model.​ If you need to pay less or make a payment arrangement, please talk with me.
