What is your scope of practice?

 

Our focus is soul work, holistic healing. Sessions support you in becoming more attuned with your intuition and decision-making processes. We explore the Akashic Records and consult with your higher guidance to help you grow in insight, solve problems, and heal. You can create the future you want for yourself. Therefore, I don't predict the future or give legal, financial, or medical advice because these topics are outside my scope of practice as a Holistic Health Practitioner.

 

​​Disclaimer: I am a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP), certified by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). Working as Holistic SoulWorks, I support the natural healing process and make no medical claims. This holistic healing practice does not replace consultation with medical doctors or counseling professionals. I am not practicing under my mental health counseling license (Nancy Elizabeth Tisdel, New Mexico, USA license retired).

How do you maintain my privacy?

I maintain client confidentiality and do not share anything about you with others, including contact information. You can certainly discuss our work together with others, but I will not. If you wish me to share information about you with someone else, I require your written permission to do so.

All email communications from me, including session notes, are now transmitted securely via Proton Mail, the gold standard for encrypted email. Protected by the strict privacy laws of Switzerland, there is no data mining of emails. Your privacy is protected.

How do I make payment?

​

Prices are reduced in response to the current economy. Pay what you can. Please choose from the fees located by the service you wish to order. If you want a custom payment, please speak with me to arrange it. You will receive the same quality of work regardless of your payment.

 

Payments are made in Canadian dollars. Clients paying with United States dollars, keep in mind that the currency exchange results in a lower payment. Listed Canadian prices are approximately 31% lower for you. For example, C$60 = US$43.

Pay securely via credit or debit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay through the website payment system. ​​Canadian clients may wish to use Interac e-transfer to netisdel@gmail.com

Please make payment 24 hours or more before your appointment. I generate your reading in advance and need to see your payment is made first.

What are the rescheduling, cancellation & refund policies?

​

If you want to reschedule, please contact me at least a day in advance if possible. I will do my best to accommodate you.

​

If you want to cancel an appointment and have made payment, I will refund the full fee if you cancel 24 hours or more before your session. If you cancel within the 24 hours before your appointment and I have already prepared your session and done energy clearing, I will refund half the fee because half the work is done.
