I've helped clients around the world transform their lives for thirty years with Holistic SoulWorks (formerly Intercessions). This is a strengths-based approach to healing. We clear out obstacles and build on your strengths. I'm privileged to assist you as you create greater balance and happiness in your life.
I love my work, never feeling so on purpose as when I'm helping another person get more in touch with their inner self, their soul. This soul work resonates with your own intuition, affirming and expanding your understanding of yourself and the world.

I am an American Canadian Holistic Health Practitioner with training, certification and practice in energy work and holistic counselling. I also have a BFA in Sculpture and a MA in Counseling with an art therapy emphasis.

My Journey
I have been on a spiritual journey throughout my life, recognizing early that my interests and talents are primarily in holistic healing. I was a meditation teacher, artist, and writer before starting a holistic healing practice in the United States in 1994.
I've always had a spontaneous knack for helping people get in touch with their soul, their inner truth. People begin to heal when they are heard. As they share their stories, they find their own answers within. That's how healing begins. I've always been interested in people's stories, which led to Holistic SoulWorks.

In 2020 I moved from Santa Fe, New Mexico USA to St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada, my mother's birthplace. I'm grateful to live in this beautiful, compassionate country.
